CRIST S.A. - a Polish shipbuilding company from Gdańsk - has concluded a deal with BHO-Innovation SO 1 BV from Netherlands (owned indirectly by Hochtief Construction AG and Beluga Offshore GmbH) for the construction of a hydro-technical unit (classified as a maritime vessel). The so-called “Heavy Lift Jack-Up Vessel” is equipped with a heavy crane system for the construction and maintenance of offshore wind farms.
