New Markets – insurance of costs related to market research

Insurance backed by the State Treasury

New Markets is the only insurance facility in Poland supporting domestic entrepreneurs seeking new foreign markets.  It provides cover against the risk of failure to conclude export contracts with foreign buyers.

Entities eligible
Insurance of costs related to market research is addressed to domestic businesses:

• conducting business activities for no less than 3 years
• reporting in compliance with the Accounting Act
• with annual revenues of maximum 50 million EUR
• exporting domestic goods or services

Scope of cover
We cover most international markets.

Costs
The premium rate is set at 3 percent of the insured budget for costs incurred in seeking new markets allocated for the respective year.
