Legal Framework

 We pursue our activities based on:

• The Insurance Act of 22 May 2003 (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 11, item 66, with subsequent amendments),
• The Act of 7 July 1994 on Export Insurance Guaranteed by the State Treasury (Journal of Laws of 2001 No. 59, item 609, with subsequent amendments),
• The Statute of the Export Credit Insurance Corporation Joint Stock Company approved by the Minister of Finance on 24 November 1993 (Decision No. DU/1043/NJG/93, with subsequent amendments).

We have a license to conduct insurance activities in Group 14, 15 and 16 of Section II.
