Project description: Construction of a warehouse complex. The main building includes: the four-storey administrative part (204,8 x 12 m) and warehouse No. 1 (302,4 x 192m). Other buildings include: boiler, fuel distribution point, social and administrative building, warehouse No. 2 (50x60m) and warehouse No. 3 (36x18m).

Project description: Comprehensive turnkey construction, including: design and expertise, construction, deliveries of equipment and all construction materials, starting works, testing, personnel training, investment hand-over to operation, within the framework the investment project “turnkey construction of installation for the production of highly purified paraffin, oils, lubricants, lubricating and cooling resources, mass models along with associated infrastructure and reconstruction of energy complex”, including: installation for the production of highly purified paraffin by the method of hydrotreating of technical paraffin; building and technological lines for production of oils, lubricants, lubricating and cooling resources, mass models; building and installations for trigeneration complex on the basis of two cogeneration units, associated infrastructure (external networks, roads, loading, raw materials and products storage, pre-treatment plant).

International standards applied in benchmarking process: Produced paraffin will comply with candle industry standards according to "Candles. Quality Assurance RAL-GZ 041 ", Edition November 2011, used in the food industry standards according to the Food and Drug Administration - FDA (U.S.) and in the pharmaceutical industry according to the European Pharmacopoeia 7.0/01/2008:1034. European Union standards for air quality, emissions, water protection and noise will be met  including:

  • No. 2010/75/EU of 24 November 2010, called the directive LeD (Industrial Emission Directive) on industrial emissions;
  • No. 2004/107/EC of 15 December 2004 relating to arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air;
  • No. 2002/49/EC of 25 June 2002 relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise;
  • No. 2008/50/EC of 21 May 2008 on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe.

Production will take into account the best available techniques in the industry (BAT), described in reference documents (BREF), especially the Reference Document on Best Available Techniques for Mineral Oil and Gas Refineries.

Project: Construction of a residential complex

Location: Prikubanskij okrug, Krasnodar, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation.

Project description: Construction of a residential complex with a commercial area – buildings no. 6, 7 and 8 with a floor space: buildings no. 6 and 8 – 17 145,77 m2 each, building no. 7 – 12053,21 m2 and with a following number of apartments: buildings no. 6 and 8 – 195 apartments, building no. 7 – 135 apartments. Project: Construction of a multifunctional residential complex

Location: Dzerzhinsky town, Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation.

Project description: Construction of the building No. 2 of a multifunctional residential complex in Dzerzhinsky, Bondarjewa St, Moscow Oblast, Russian Federation. Building No. 2 consists of 3 wings – two 9-floor narrow wings and one 12-floor part connecting them in one C-shaped facility. Total usable floor space is 19.122,3 sq. meters (including underground park car with 76 stalls). Total living area is 11.757,1 sq. meters and consists of 154 apartments. The whole 3-building residential complex together with associated facilities connected with the project have been reviewed.
