Scope of customs and excise bonds
Customs and excise bonds secure payments due as the result of a customs duty which - after being filed with the Customs Chamber - allow for the import of the goods into the European Union customs area without the need to make relevant prior payments as well as to subject such goods to customs procedures (release for free circulation, inward processing, customs warehousing, temporary admission, suspension of collection of the excise). As a guarantor, KUKE S.A. is acceptable to all Customs Chambers.
