KUKE S.A. provides counter-guarantees to secure bonds issued by banks. A counter-guarantee may be utilized by an exporter as a collateral for a bank issuing a contract bond for the benefit of a foreign buyer. We are able to issue counter-guarantees for up to 50% of the bond amount issued by the bank.
