Assignment of rights from an insurance agreement as a credit collateral

The insurance against the risk of non-payment by foreign or domestic buyers enables the company to assign rights to any future indemnity under the insurance agreement to a bank.  The assignment of such rights may constitute a collateral for a credit granted by a bank financing the export or domestic transaction.
